** Absolutely no trespassing on property. This is a private sale, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the sale at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for accidents.
** We will honor a watched list. In the event of a dispute, numbers will be given randomly.
** We are unable to provide help moving and loading, so please plan accordingly. We do have the names of several services for hire.
** Pricing is not available before the sale.
** We will consider offers to purchase periodically throughout and after the sale.
** We accept cash, and credit and debit cards. Sorry, no checks.

This three day sale will be full price on Friday, 25% off on Saturday, and 50% off on Sunday. Although there are a handfull of items that will not be reduced at the same rate, everything will go down in price each day.
