Our discount for Sunday will be 60% off items over $1.00 .
However, if there is a red Asterix on an item that indicates that the discount will only be 50% off.
Please Note - the association does not allow street directional signs so please make sure to check back the day before the sale and get the address, then use your GPS.
DO NOT PARK YOUR CARS TIRES ON THE GRASS, NOT EVEN AN INCH - YOU WILL GET A TICKET! THEY ARE VERY STRICT.
DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS.
PARK ONLY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET. - THAT'S THE SIDE OF THE STREET THAT THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON.
