One of the rooms at this sale is dedicated to Video and Audio production. It features several professional video cameras, microphones, an audio mixer, video and still camera lighting, as well as vintage film projectors. Plus many accessories in this category.

This sale also features a workshop with plenty of tools such as power and pneumatic many still new in the box. In this workshop you will also find a lawnmower, line trimmer, snow blower and power shovel all by the brand Greenworks. We have been told that the lawnmower has only been used for the last two summers. The workbench is also for sale

In the garage you will find more tools  and hardware, electrical components and devices as well as electronic components including bread boards. Electrical and Electronic testers including a Vintage Oscilloscope. The garage also features 2 dorm size refrigerators and a  full upright size freezer for sale. There is a large Craftsman workbench.  Drywall tools and painting tools and supplies. There is an airless paint sprayer and a mobil air compresser. There is a storage locker( in the garage that holds photographic equipment for developing film and enlarging prints including numerous types of photo paper as well as other dark room equipment including a Bessler Color enlarger this is located in the basement of this home.   

The Family room features a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs and a beautiful china cabinet.   There is a built in shelving for DVD's Blue Ray and cassettes and VHS tapes . There are two leather recliners and and end table with a Slag Lamp.   There is also a couch and love seat. Plus a3 piece lamp set which includes 2 table lamps plus a floor lamp

There is alot of electronics such as DVD players, Blue Ray and Laser Disc(there are Laser disc movies in the living room) VHS players in both the family room and living room. 

In the living room you will find alot of classical LPs (unchecked for defects) along with the Laser Disc Movies. Plus and organ

The Primary bedroom has a bedroom set for sale featuring a full size bed( mattress and bedding included) a tall boy dresser and a dresser with a mirror and a seperate full size mirror. You can purchase  them all together or purchase them seperately.  This room has some clothes and knick knacks.  

The bedroom next to it has a twin bed that goes with a vanity and hutch that are located in the basement.  This room also has a locker that is also for sale that has cd and dvd and vhs tapes (blank)  this room also features a computer desk, vintage typewriters and miscellaneous keyboards for desktop computers. 

The basement  has alot of miscellaneous items in it including seasonal.  The basement has a hospital bed that  moves up and down for the patients comfort.  There is also two rotating towers for DVDs.  There  is also some rockers and some vintage kitchenware.

Kitchen is full of cake pans and pots and pans and various kitchen type items along with a set of dishes along with cannisters

In the living room we feature an area rug and two runners (pictured but will be rolled up in the corner of the living room for the sale) it is a Safavieh area rug that is 8X 10 and two runners that are 2'2" X 10'  and it is blue/beige and the style is Sofia and all have been professionally cleaned.
