Savoy Fiesta & Furniture Estate Tag Sale

- This is a live estate tag sale that will be conducted at a nice house in Savoy , IL.
- We will not publish or disclose any prices prior to Saturday, March 18, 2023 in the afternoon. You must come to the sale beforehand to view pricing. The purpose of this policy is to be fair to everyone, and we respectfully request that you come to the sale to view pricing. We will do a live video on our Facebook page on Saturday afternoon to show prices on the remaining items.
- Parking in the driveway is only for our employees and those loading purchases. Please leave this area open for everyone to use for quick loading of purchases. There is plenty of street parking in this neighborhood. There is no need to block driveways, park in any driveways, or block mailboxes. Also, please do not park in any grass areas. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- We will use the line number system to avoid long lines outside of the house. You will need a line number to get in the door at opening time. You will not need a line number if you arrive after opening or at any time later in the day. Those with line numbers will be let in the door first. We will hand out line numbers starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. on Sunday morning (half price day). Only one line number per person. If you want to get in line before we hand out line numbers, you must wait in line at the front door entry prior to 8 a.m. on Friday.
- We will consider any reasonable offers starting at 1 p.m. CST on Saturday. We will only drop prices to 50% off starting on Sunday morning at open, so reasonable offers prior to Sunday are considered to be at least 60% of the tag price. Some items may be auctioned at any time during the sale, as John Spinks, Illinois Licensed Auctioneer. will be present throughout the sale. Any remaining items on Sunday afternoon may be available to be purchased in bulk via live auction bidding. Our goal is to sell everything by Sunday at 2 p.m.
- We will accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle (usually for large purchases), and credit/debit cards. There is a 3% additional fee for credit cards. We will only accept checks from our regular customers. Sorry, no refunds and no holds. Please be sure to inspect the merchandise with due diligence.
- Please bring help to load furniture and other large or heavy items. We are not responsible for helping to load, and someone may not be available to assist with loading during sale hours, especially if we are busy with other tasks.
- If you or any of your guests under 18 years of age cause damage to any of the real estate or other property while at the sale, you will be held responsible for the damage. Please be careful while perusing the sale., and please ensure that your guests are careful too.
- We are not responsible for any accidents on or off the property.
