**We are unable to provide pricing and availability of items during the sale. Availability changes by the minute, and we are unable to hold items.
**We would love to see your smiling face so please come and see us during the sale.
Cash and Credit cards accepted. Credit cards and Venmo charged a 3% fee.
Sign up sheet goes out at 8:00 the morning of the sale.
Bring help to load large items. Sorry, there will be no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Please bring tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchase.
Moving services for your purchased item/s available for additional fee.
-Our sign up sheet goes out at 8:00am
-number of people in the house at one time will be limited. If you start a list before we get on site, you must be present to hand list to a staff member.
