There is no staff available to move heavy items. You will need to bring tools and help to move larger items, and a big enough vehicle to take them away.
For in person estate sales:
No bathrooms will be available for use.
All purchases MUST be removed by the end of the sale.
We reserve the right to adjust/correct prices at check out.
Not responsible for accidents, injuries, sicknesses, allergic reactions
Do not block driveways.
Sign In Sheet will be observed, limited number of people will be allowed in the house at one time
