We accept cash, check, or credit and debit cards. Please bring help to load furniture. All prices are firm on the first day. Second day we open at 25 percent off. Third day will be 50% off. You are also able to leave offers and will be contacted if the offer is accepted.

An estate sale for my mother - an antique dealer & collector for 65+ years. 

The sign up sheet will be posted at the door off of my he driveway   Policy requires you remain on site once you have signed in   Numbers will be handed out 1/2 hour prior to the start of the sale   We will allow 24 guests in the home - please plan accordingly 

Offers are accepted at 10% above the discounted prices  

We will be limiting the number of shoppers, please plan accordingly
