DAY 2 — 75% OFF ALL MARKED PRICES

- Discounts are calculated from the original marked price.
- These discounts apply to this estate sale only.
- Any excluded merchandise must be clearly identified before the sale begins.
- Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.

1. FIXED-PRICE SALES ONLY

Queen of Clutter LLC conducts this event as a fixed-price personal property sale.

- All merchandise has established prices.
- NO AUCTIONS.
- NO BIDDING.
- NO INDIVIDUAL PRICE NEGOTIATIONS.
- NO COUNTEROFFERS.
- All customers pay the posted price after applicable advertised discounts.
- Staff members are not authorized to negotiate prices.
- All purchases must be completed at the designated checkout area.

2. ALL SALES FINAL

- All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- No warranties or guarantees are provided unless expressly stated in writing.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges except as required by law.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before purchasing.
- Electrical items, appliances, tools, and equipment may be tested only with staff permission.
- Queen of Clutter LLC does not guarantee that used merchandise is complete or operational.

3. SHOPPING RULES

- This sale is held on private property.
- No early entry or trespassing before or after posted sale hours.
- Customers must remain within designated shopping areas.
- No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses inside shopping areas.
- Children must remain supervised by an adult.
- No public restrooms are available.
- Shopping capacity may be limited for safety.
- Please be respectful of staff, customers, and property.

4. PARKING & PROPERTY SAFETY

- Follow all posted parking signs and staff directions.
- Use designated parking areas only.
- Watch carefully for vehicles entering and exiting the driveway.
- Watch for pedestrians crossing the roadway.
- Do not block driveways, entrances, or emergency access.
- Do not enter restricted buildings or areas.
- Do not operate machinery, vehicles, or equipment without permission.
- Report unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

5. PURCHASES & MERCHANDISE REMOVAL

- Payment must be completed before merchandise is removed.
- Merchandise is available on a first-paid basis.
- Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and assistance for large or heavy purchases unless otherwise agreed.
- Large purchases must be removed by the agreed pickup deadline.
- Merchandise left beyond the agreed pickup period may be subject to additional arrangements or charges disclosed to the purchaser.

6. PAYMENT POLICY

- Accepted payment methods will be posted at checkout.
- Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
- All merchandise must be paid for in full before removal.
- No unauthorized removal of merchandise is permitted.

7. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

Queen of Clutter LLC reserves the right, consistent with applicable law, to:

- Limit customer entry for safety.
- Correct obvious pricing errors before purchase.
- Withdraw unsold merchandise from the sale.
- Enforce published prices and discount schedules.
- Refuse service for disruptive or unsafe conduct.
- Remove individuals who violate property or shopping rules.
