local delivery of large items can be arranged for a fee.
We have shopping baskets, bags and boxes, but first come first served. if you think you may need, bring a tote or canvas bag.

we use the discount card system, flyers will be distributed for discount schedule. out it all goes!
When necessary, we will limit number of entry for safety sake when we first open .no sign-in for this home, but if line is quite long in the morning, we may let so many in at a time. we open at listed times, not a minute sooner. no large purses/totes/strollers/pets/etc.

due to a family emergency. this sale will be sat. and sunday. and part 2 of the sale will be another longer weekend as soon as we can. possibly in january/feb. and possibly a part 3, and the roads are cleared if we get snow. . owners want home emptied so can list the home in the spring. watch this site for more info. there will be a few back rooms closed off for the first sale, (and some of those items are in the pics). jewelry, coins, etc. will also be sold later, not for this sale, also the outside items will be sold at a later date. the house is very small, and no way could all be put out. please note the hot wheels room and shabby chic room are items that will be in part 2 sale. always watch estatesales.net for updates. thank you.
