local delivery can be arranged for a fee.
We have shopping baskets, bags and boxes, but first come first served. if you think you may need, bring a tote or canvas bag.

Sorry, we do not discuss prices before the sale via phone, text or email.unless its listed as a "buy it now", then the price will be listed. we will be listing buy it now items on many sales, so always watch this site.

we use the discount card system, flyers will be distributed for discount schedule. out it all goes!
When necessary, we will limit number of entry for safety sake only when we first open .no sign-in for this home, but if line is quite long in the morning, we may let so many in at a time. we open at listed times, not a minute sooner. no large purses/totes/strollers/pets/etc.

this house will be a 3 part sale. many of the earlier pics have been taken down, as those will be in sold at a later date as soon as we can. there is so many great items, and the home is just too small to display it all properly. we will be selling it all-wall-2-wall thru out the winter.for sale number 1 there is a lot of holiday items, gift items, wall to wall furniture that must go. the table and chairs is high quality tell city. beautiful master bedroom set (sold individual) , please see the pics. more to be uploaded soon. this sale everything will be on one level. watch this site for updates!
