Please bring your own muscle to load large and heavy items.
Haul your own goods. we have no movers on site. We cannot guarantee there is a furniture dolly onsite. Please bring your own.
however...local delivery can be arranged for a fee at a later time.
We have shopping baskets, bags and boxes, but first come first served. if you think you may need, bring a tote or canvas bag.
All goods are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' as shown. INSPECT YOUR ITEMS!!! no refunds!!!!!!!!!!! or alterations!

we use the discount card system, flyers will be distributed for discount schedule. out it all goes!
When necessary, we will limit number of entry for safety sake when we first open .no sign-in for this home, but if line is quite long in the morning, we may let so many in at a time. we open at listed times, not a minute sooner. no large purses/totes/strollers/pets/etc. unless a tote is empty, and using for transporting your bought items.
please be respectful of the owners property inside and out. as this is the owners personal property, until you buy it. thanks!

(or we offer credit card for a 3% fee.) please & thank you! another great sale! this house was packed! including the basement. as we head down to the basement we will bring up more items to main floor as much as we can. no items will be in the basement.. there will be lots of great items for this sale to add on to the tool room sale from part 2 sale. we opened another " man cave" upsatirs with lots of tools guys!!! will also include nice washer / dryer/ high end drill press, and tool n die maker tools. amazing quality and condition on most everything! well taken cared of and stored well. we will also have a massive section of just jewelry for the ladies! the lady of the house loved to decorate and collect, there will be lots of pretty glass, decor, some furniture, really nice clothing, that beautiful antique clock will also be available! ( please note items in basement were all boxed and organized, no damp or musty smells, very nice basement, very clean items!)....watch as we set up new pics soon!
