Directions From the Chicago area and suburbs: I-88 West to the Orchard Rd. exit, (Only six minutes from that intersection!) North on Orchard to Oak Street (by Woodman's grocery, which btw is an amazing grocery) left (w) on Oak about a half a block to Deerpath, right (north) on Deerpath to Tanner Road, left (w) on Tanner to Norris, and right on Norris to the address.  Please do NOT block the driveway. Park on the Easement Only, on the same side of the road as the home, so that emergency vehicles could get through the road, and if possible, leave the driveway open to pick up your purchases or drop off passengers that might not be able to walk.  Also please use care entering and exiting your car...we want you safe!

This fabulous home was custom-built by the current homeowner with 17 acres of land and a beautiful setting.  Unique in every way, including a four-car garage filled with great items as well as Tools and Equipment in the workshop.  The owners had their movers move all the second-floor items down to the garage and up from the basement, so everything is on one floor for your shopping (and moving) convenience.

Here is a summary and photos of what we're selling, and we are at home relying on memory of what sold over the weekend, but please don't shoot us if a certain piece isn't available anymore; we're trying our best to remember.

A set of floral slip-covered sofa and chair, ottoman - all from Crate & Barrel.  You need to sit on this furniture to appreciate the sheer beauty and comfort of these down-covered pieces.   The fabric beneath the slipcover is a lovely, clean off-white color, in case the floral is not your thing.  Best Deal in the House Today!
