This house has antiques, collectibles, clothing and things owned by the elderly resident.  And there is a new crib, crib mattress, high chair and some toys and new Mom items, too. There toddler girl clothes in very nice condition.  Everything is priced to sell.  The closing is scheduled and we need to clear out the house.  We believe in pricing things fairly and affordably.  Reasonable offers will be considered.  Enter and exit the front door.  It won't take long to get through the single floor and the basement so make sure to put this house on your shopping list.  We can sell the washer and dryer which is  a Kenmore set.  There is a new radiator style heater and a new window air conditioner.  There are also two used window air conditioners that can be removed from the windows.  We can even sell the lace curtains and shower curtain!
