We will honor a started and watched sign-up list. If you start the list you must stay with the list and allow others to sign the list. No exceptions. If there are any disputes over the started sign up list, Shelander Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to disregard the list and implement another method for customers to gain entrance into the home.
