We are sorry we do not pre-sale. In some cases, we may pre-sale items that are large or difficult to maneuver during the hours of the sale. Items we will consider to presale will be indicated as such in the photograph along with a price.

If we anticipate there will be a crowd, we will put out a sign up list at the front door the day before the sale at 12 noon. This list determines the order we let people in when we open. We usually limit the number of people in the house at one time for the safety of our customers.

We will accept cash for payments. We will also take credit/debit payments with a 5% convenience fee.

We are sorry we cannot help you move heavy items. Please bring help to move heavy items.
