COVID-19 UPDATE: In accordance with Illinois Phase 111 , we are currently following all directives to safely open for business. Please READ the Sale Rules Below:
1. 4-6 will be allowed on the property at any given time
2. Must have appointment of assigned a number for half hour time slot
3. MUST wear a face mask at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS - available for $1
4.. Gloves or sanitizer will be available - please use it
5. No line up will be allowed. Check in at Cashier.
6. We will sanitize in the house throughout the day
7. When checking out you MUST continue to wear your mask and social distance.
8. No children or pets allowed
9. Please make pickup arrangements with cashier
10. All loading buyer's responsibility
* Cash or Credit for purchases over $50 (fees apply). All purchases over $1000 cash only.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
* We do not provide furniture moving or loading service - please bring your own OR make arrangements.

- Entry by assigned numbers or if not busy go right in.
- Maximum of 6 people at any given time - 2 upstairs, 2 main floor, 2 outside.
- MUST wear mask at all times while on property. NO exceptions. We will have available for $1 each
- Sanitizer available in house.
- If you mush wait - No lines allowed - Please DISTANCE.
- Absolutely NO CHILDREN or PETS
