Shipping ONLY to address of record in HI-Bid -- buyer is responsible for ensuring the address is up to date and complete. Please note, some items may not ship and will be stated as such in the description.

Previews are offered on SUN and TUE from 1 to 7 PM on days bidding is open.

Check out is is on SUN and TUE following the auction form 1 to 7 PM.

Other pick up times and arrangements may be made, however all items must be picked up no later than 10 days after end of auction. Any items not picked up or paid for by this date will be returned to the owner and may be resold, donated or disposed of.

Buyer pays actual shipping charges plus mininum $5 Handling fee. Not all lots may offer shipping. Those lots that do not ship will state so in the lot description. All lots may be picked up in person. There is no handling fee for in person pick up.

Buyers premium of 13% applies to this auction.

If the buyer does not attend an in person preview, they agree that the images contianed in the catalog count as their preview.

Previews are offered Sun & Tue from 1to 7 while bidding is open.
Pick Up is also Sun and Tue from 1 to 7 following the auction.

Announcements on auction day(s) take precedence over any written statements, catalogs, bills of sale etc.

Jim Kellerstrass, auctioneer or JK Auctions staff may place bids based on an absantee form or request and as indviduals.

JK Auctions, Jim Kellerstrass, auctioneer and represenatives of the same may request a government issued ID to prove idenitity of person and address. A copy of the government issued ID may be taken for auction house records.

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, by lot and all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and WINNING BIDDERS MAY NOT RETURN ANY ITEM THEY PURCHASE. All consignors have made written representation that they have good title to the property. CATALOG DESCRIPTIONS ARE STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY. Jim Kellerstrass, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. BUYER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS JK AUCTIONS AND JASK LLC, ITS AUCTIONEERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OF INHERENTLY DANGEROUS PRODUCTS. No warranty, express or implied is made as to the transference of intellectual property rights. Buyer assumes risk of loss upon being declared the high bidder.

Jim Kellerstrass, Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Jim Kellerstrass, Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Jim Kellerstrass, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface.

You, the winning bidder, is solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. All paid property shall be picked up at the purchasers expense. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the item pickup times that have been scheduled for this auction, you must make other, preapproved, arrangements for in person pick up orior to bidding . Bring help to load your items, boxes/tubs & any tools you may need to disassemble items. The Auctioneer does NOT hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. If winning bidder has not responded to our outreach to schedule pick up of the items won within 72 hours of the close of the auction, the items revert back to JK Auctions. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.

Other terms and conditions may be stated and agreed to by sellers and buyers through the Hi Bid agreement platform.
