Cash, check with I.D. We will negotiate delivery or pick up for vehicles and large items. This is a rustic farm setting not suitable for small children or those requiring level, safe walking conditions. Please, no alcohol, firearms or pets. Children with close adult supervision only. Smoking in designated area. Ladies will have a port-a-potty, men will have endless wooded areas. This is a common-sense, best practice opportunity and we reserve the right to request those behaving inappropriately to leave the property. Safe guard your vehicles and purchases. The sponsors of this sale and affiliates and the owner of the property will not be held responsible for improper activity resulting in injury.

We are family friends whose parents all passed within one year, we are combining energy and offering this unique estate sale with something for everyone. 

Rod and Alice Rieken were career military professionals who traveled the world. They also ran Park Avenue Bed and Breakfast upon their retirement. Many of these items have been in storage for several years and therefore may not be clean or may not have been started for some time. We have many items marked "make an offer" as we feel it is impossible to price them. We are offering an eclectic combination of jewel and junk, high end antiques and furniture and lower end odd lots at prices meant to sell.  The Rieken's property includes:

  • Two vintage Mercedes Benz;  A 1966 model 250SL gas 4 door sedan with mahogany interior trim, 6 cylinder duece, VIN 10801212016088, original white, complete. A barn find, last started approximately 10 years ago. Titled.  A 1965 model 220 S gas 4 door sedan parts car, VIN 11101212157779, all original but incomplete. Titled. We would like to sell these two cars together, but will negotiate.  Taking sealed bids through Saturday, September 21, 2019.  Top three will be considered and offered second bid opportunity.
  • Belgium made 3-piece couch and two arm chairs, Robin egg blue Corinthian Leather with light mahogany wood trim  Gently used.  Leather may be removed for cleaning; 
  • Edo Dynasty Japanese teapots, kettleware, artwork, and ceramics;
  • Antique collectible plates, flow blue, hand painted and porcelains, lovely centerpiece glass wares, milk glass sets;
  • Rare books, all genres dating from 1850, prices as marked; contemporary books too, $2/hardback;
  • Three Briggs and Stratton lawn mowers, 6 horsepower, have not been started for several years;

  • Antique ca. 1920 hump back couch frame with barrel chair frame suitable for reupholster, beautiful wood trim with intricate carving;

  • Stack unit Whirlpool washer/dryer, stored for many years, priced to sell;

Christine Paul was a dedicated career nurse and Mom who enjoyed travel, athletic activities and fine entertainment.  Her collection is completely vintage, in exceptional condition and immaculate.  Her vintage collections include:

  • Five 1950's - 1960's mink fur shawls and a three quarter length coat, all stunning;
  • Beautiful framed original oil paintings, rural scenes;
  • Ceramic colonial theme whiteware figurines Made In Occupied Japan;
