Neither the homeowner, nor Mary's Estate Sales, who is conducting the estate sale, are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending this estate sale, you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Our security cameras are on during our sales. Your entry onto the premises constitutes your consent to being video taped. If any of our cameras see patrons removing items without paying, the footage will be given to the local police and they will be prosecuted.
