- Starting in January, 2024 we will charge 3% for Credit/Debit card purchases. But we do accept Zelle and Apple Pay at no charge
- We honor a list that is started by the first person there the morning of. We do not hand out numbers

If a photo was removed from any of our sales that does not mean that it was pre-sold. We do not pre-sell items! It might mean that it was removed by the homeowner (even though it is stated in our contract, it still happens) or the photo was replaced with a re-staged photo.

The best way to contact us during the week of a sale is by TEXT.
We may not be able to answer your call or text the morning that a sale starts.

This is a continuation of the appointment sale that started yesterday, Thursday. It was changed to a regular estate sale for today, Friday and tomorrow, Saturday. Pic.

Some of the items from some of the photos may have been bought Thursday. You may text ahead of time to see if the items you are interested are still there. All though even if they are not, there is tons more to see!
