NOTE: Don't be alarmed if you get a high entry number! Many buyers sign-up but then don't show-up. Your actual entry time on sale morning may be a lot quicker than you expect. Be sure to arrive at the sale close to starting time even if you have a high entry number.
-After sign-up, you will receive an email confirming your position in line. You will also receive an alert via email and text (if opted-in) alerting you
when it is your turn to enter the home.
-DO NOT START A LIST THE MORNING OF THE SALE OR POST A LIST ON THE PROPERTY. Use the QR code posted on the door to add your name to the online sign-up. Once we have admitted customers who signed up online using Pickerty, we will admit any walk-ins according to the order in which they arrived.
-Please arrive prepared to remove all items you have purchased. If you can’t move it by yourself, bring help. All items must be removed during sale hours. We will provide contacts for local, reasonable movers upon request.
-All items sold as-is and all sales are final. Please check your items before purchasing.
-All purchased items must be removed by end of day Sunday, 5/31.
