This is a cash sale only. All sales are final: no refunds or exchanges. All items sold "as is". Holding sale rain or shine. Sale will be held on first floor, basement and garage. You will be responsible to carry all large items to your vehicles so please bring help. We are not responsible for accidents or injury. We are having presale on almost all items.
