2. No children under the age of 12 unsupervised.
3. We offer help with moving larger items to the vehicle for a small cost. Details available with cashier and employees.
If you have several items (bags,boxes,containers..ect) help is offered at no cost to your vehicle but the high school students appreciate tips!
4. Please enter the home at your own risk. The Adorned Room Estate Sales LLC is not responsible for any accidents on site. This includes outdoors.
5. It is cold! Dress warmly if planning to line up outdoors. Keep in mind the ground can still be although it will be salted and shoveled.
6. We LOVE CASH. However, we are equipped to accept Zelle, Venmo, debit and credit. No personal checks are accepted. Will take money orders for higher valued items.
7. Most homes are sold ready to be move in post-sale. Please be respectful of the property.
8. Please respectful of other customers.
9. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy for aggression, assault, thievery, and physical violence. All actions will be reported to authorities.
10. Most importantly come down and have fun!
