Terms

This sale will be by appointment only for the furniture in the home. Appointments are available on the half hour of each day. There are 3 floors to peruse. The art work, glassware, lamps and smaller items will be available for public view in the garages. All items will be available pre-sale as well. A moving company may be available for hire for your convenience. Bids will be accepted on all furniture and rugs.
All sales are cash only. No children under 16 years of age. Official sign up sheet is outside garage door.
