This is a CASH sale only. All sales are final: no refunds or exchanges. All items sold "as is". Sale will be held in the home, garage and outside. You will be responsible to carry all items to your vehicles so please bring help. Please bring bags or boxes for your items . We only have sacks. We are not responsible for accidents. Parking is only on one side of the street. Official sign up sheet will be posted on Thursday.
