For those who have not been to our sales before we honor a watched list for entrance into the sale. This means that the first person in line will start a list, your name should be on the list when we give our entry numbers at 9:30 A - you MUST be at the entrance when we call your name or we will PASS you by and move to the next person - We open our doors at 10A - and the door person will call the numbers to come into the sale.
Forms of payment accepted: Cash and Credit - Credit cards used for purchases under $50.00 will be charged a $3.00 surcharge

Limited amount of shoppers will be allowed into the residence at a time.

ALL SALES ARE AS IS, WHERE IS, FINAL - NO GUARANTEE ON WORKING CONDITION, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS,

NO Children Allowed into the sale

PLEASE WATCH YOUR PARKING ON THE STREET - ONE SIDE ONLY SO THAT EMERGENCY VEHICLES CAN PASS IF NECESSARY

TPT Staff will not and cannot assist in moving any item from the house
Buyer must bring their own packing materials for items purchased
All sold items must be removed prior to the end of the public sale. Should professional movers be required, we can recommend movers for the buyer at their expense.
Discounts are not taken on the first day of the sale.
