· We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

· We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

· We do not accept Checks.

· Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

· We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

· All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

· Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 3pm.

· A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

· Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

· Friday Full Price

· Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 noon. 50% Off Most Items till 2pm. 70% Off Most Items till Closing.

· This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

· Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

· Please do not park on the grass.

· Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one, two or more of them please bring them back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

Directions for our estate sale in Wheeling

this weekend:

From Milwaukee Avenue Dundee Road in Wheeling, IL.

Take Milwaukee Avenue south to Manchester Drive.

Turn right (west) on Manchester Drive to Harmony Drive.

Turn left (south) on Harmony Drive. The townhouse is 455 on the eastside of the street.

There is only parking on the westside of the street.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.
