The Entrance line sometimes starts early in the morning, which is part of the wonderful and fun estate sale experience.
An official clip-board sign-up list will be placed out several hours before the posted start time. This is the only list we will honor.
We will let in the number of people at a time that can be safely accommodated in the space. This provides a better experience for everyone, keeps the sale from becoming overcrowded, and keeps fragile items safe.
