We also reserve the right to inspect any packages brought into or taken out of the estate sale.

On Thursday, September 20 from 9 am until 1 pm, sales are by pre-appointment only. For an appointment, just email us here on estatesales.net. Parking will be available in the driveway on Thursday from 9 am until 12:00 pm for those who make appointments in advance. No pre-selling will take place before Thursday morning, September 20.

On Thursday, Sept,. 20 from 1 pm to 4 pm, estate sale is open to the general public. No parking in driveway on Thursday afternoon.

On Friday, September 21, Saturday September 22 and Sunday September 23, the sale is open to the public but no parking will be allowed in the driveway.

On Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, vehicles will only be admitted into driveway following purchases of heavy or large items.

A large sign-up list will be prominently displayed in the front driveway on Thursday starting at 12 pm and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 7:00 am.

Kindly bring help to load furniture or other heavy items; no help on hand.

Significant discounts offered on Sunday September 23 only - but not before Sunday.

Very good condition.Thoughtful pair of ceramic dogs.Polychrome German porcelain openwork bowl supported by standing winged putti. Charming blue & white ceramic plate. Back is stamped "Chasing After a Wolf" and "Spode."  Backed by a cross-shaped brass frame, fronted by a silverplate (?) candle holder. Ready to hang.Engaging Japanese lacquer 2-tier box depicting a plump child's body clad in a kimono and a face with oversize eyes above diminutive nose and mouth. Date unknown, ca. 1950s-1960s. Another long-hidden treasure from the high shelves in the butler's pantry.Large framed print of Jesus emblazoned with a flaming sacred heart. Frame is scratched but can possibly be restored.Lamp with a glass base in robin's egg blue. Needs just the right shade - you will surely find one.Edwardian or Victorian hair ornament in a gilt wood frame. Both metal prongs show signs of serious oxidation but upper parts in very good condition. Adorable little flower pot shaped like a bear, in a soft shade of minty celadon green. From our paternal grandmother's long-ago house on Chase Avenue in Rogers Park. Vintage ceramic cookie jar with colorful 3-d motifs. Inscribed "Los Angeles Potteries, Made in USA" on bottom, along with "c 56." Lid has a long crack in it, lovingly repaired. This was hidden from view for decades. Until just a few weeks ago, it sat at the back of a high shelf in the butler's pantry. Set of 11 antique brass door knockers.  Sold as a set only. Cast iron door stop in the shape of a fashionable Victorian lady's boot. Inscribed with an "M" in italics, flanked by "E.Leger&Son" ( Edward Leger & Son of Chicago?). Ca. late 19th/early 20th c. "Little Brother" print in a simple  wood frame. Text at bottom reads "Published by Currier & Ives, 125 Nassau St. New York." Paper needs conservation to remove stains and other signs of age. A matte might be in order too...maybe a larger frame.Hand built ceramic jar with speckled glaze in shades of taupe, sienna, and coffee.  Bottom is stamped "Campos, Filhoa, Aveiro Portugal. Date unknown.Large ceramic vessel in a biconical shape, feels hand built. No mark on the bottom. Guessing mid-century American. Easy on the eyes, in shades of sandy beige and speckled eggshell. White porcelain industrial glove mold, 20th century, size 8 1/2 T-C. Made by General Porcelain, Trenton, NJ. Antique Chinese ceramic bowl with celadon glaze and painted motifs depicting a rooster and chrysanthemum flower. In the past, this combination of motifs in Chinese art creates a rebus (or pictorial pun) communicating  a wish for high social status. The opposite side of the bowl bears a 4-character inscription in running script. Some age; date unknown. Detail, opposite side of rooster bowl bearing 4-character inscription. Ladybug bowl...not old, just nic to have around.Topo Gigio toy by Huron Products.Contemporary copper and aluminum kitchen molds. Toys!
