Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen.

Sheridan Estate Sales II is in Wilmette!

EVERYTHING MUST GO SUNDAY!!!!

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Wilmette. Why are we the best? Well we were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II to conduct their sale of City assets (a High Honor). Also we are members of the Winnetka/Northfield Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL). As always we love to sell!

This is ANOTHER large format house with great merchandise, which we are known for. A number of distinct pieces to be discovered here. There are a number of same old, same old, estate sales in our area. Not Sheridan II, very useable, distinct merchandise with a South Korean flavor.

This weeks video shows just a sliver of what you will find. The home is packed with great merchandise. Eventually we did find a goose, which I took a picture of. Pre Sales are completed, thank you to those that participated.

FRIDAY UPDATE: It was a busy day for us. Well over 300 customers attended our sale. We got fantastic feedback from everyone that attended. We were told that there was a sale close to us, in Winnetka, that had no parking and the provider left everyone outside in the cold waiting to enter. Not at Sheridan II. Plenty of parking and no waiting. After all we love to sell. We had a fantastic sell through today and this home is still packed with great merchandise. We hope to see you tomorrow.

Saturday Update: Another very busy day for us. Well over 300 customers again. Another large portion of the merchandise was sold, however due to the amount that was originally in the home we still have some ways to go. Help us clean out the home tomorrow, Superbowl Sunday!
