PRE-SALES: WE OFFER PRESALES ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22 WITH A 20% EARLY ACCESS MARKUP!
ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday, February 24
PRICING: PRICE REDUCTIONS TAKE PLACE DURING THE FINAL TWO HOURS OF THE SALE - EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries on SATURDAY, February 25 & MONDAY, February 27 with The Ramirez Movers. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
