ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday, September 20. We are Eco-Conscious and kindly ask you to remove shoes inside the house. We do not supply booties. You may bring your own booties.

PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections.
