We at M & B Estate Sales are pleased to bring you this exciting estate sale.
ESTATE SALES: We use a clipboard list on the first day of our sale. That is when the first customer to arrive, starts a list and as more customers arrive their names are added to it.
WE HOLD SALES ON:
Fridays 9-5
Saturdays 9-5
Sundays 10-4
We accept most credit cards (3% convenience fee) We do not accept personal or business checks.
WE DO NOT GIVE OUT PRICING before the sale starts so please do not ask.
Please kindly respect the following rules when entering private property for an estate sale:
• On occasion, we will ask you to remove shoes or put on shoe covers, depending upon the client’s wishes and the weather.
• M & B Estate Sales, it’s employees, clients, and associates, are not responsible for any accidents on the premises. You enter at your own risk. Please use common sense and be mindful of your surroundings when foraging through the premises.
• NO LARGE BAGS are allowed on the premises and absolutely no pets.
• YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS. You must also pack your own items. We provide some paper, bags and boxes, but may occasionally run out, so be prepared.
• If you leave something at the sale for pickup later, be advised that we are under no obligation to hold it for you if you do not show up on the appointed day and time. There are no refunds or returns.

At the beginning of the sale the first five (5) customers will be allowed into the house. We will allow additional customers shortly into the sale up to a house maximum of 40.
