All sales are final. We will describe and photograph all items to the best of our ability. Please ask questions and viewing is available for all auctions by appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fast paced auction, place your bids ahead of time whenever possible. All tie bids will go to the floor bidders. At times employees of Lionsmark will bid. Items purchased on LiveAuctioneers.com cannot be picked up during the auction. Payments are to be made within 3 days of being notified by Live Auctioneers of the winning bid. Sales tax will be charged unless your tax exempt paperwork is on file with Live Auctioneers. Payment may be made by clicking on the payment link on your invoice. 20% Buyers Premium will be charged on all lots purchased. After 72 hours all unpaid items will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
We are able ship smaller, non-fragile items in house. Large or fragile items will either be shipped by Live Auctioneers or will be delivered to UPS and they will contact you directly with packing and shipping charges. UPS Store 815-464-2428. For freight items we suggest Navis Joliet, 815-630-5673.
Local pickup is always available and you may pay for your items at that time if you wish.

We have made every attempt to research the age and condition of the items offered, and to the best of our ability they are as stated. All items are sold on a "where is - as is" basis. There are no charge backs for items bought online.

Items left over 30 days will be subject to storage fees. Items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Processing fee will be added to credit card payments. We also accept PayPal. Cash or Checks are accepted for local pickup.
