We've been digging through this house and you'll be digging all the great finds!

There is a ton of stuff here, but if you sew, knit, quilt, craft, repurpose, upholster, wear clothes, collect cool stuff, eat, tinker, or dabble ... then this is the sale for you.

We have 4 fabulous computerized sewing machines with various talents, including serging and embroidery.  There are also dozens of pattern cards to be used with a couple of them, and many have accessories.

The machines offered are:

• Elna Diva 9000 (Computerized embroidery and applique)
• Husqvarna Viking Huskylock 936 (serger)
• Brother Pacesetter (computerized embroidery)
• Jenome Memory Craft 4800 (quilting)

There are many sewing machine accessories available as well, from dozens of computer cards that contain programs for various embroidery designs, to specialty feet, needles, etc.

We also have miles and miles of fabric in every type, color, and length, along with all the notions and trimmings you could be looking for.

WE'RE GOING TO MAKE FABRIC SHOPPING IRRESISTIBLE: NO FABRIC PIECE IS MORE THAN $1.50 ON SATURDAY!   IT'S A FRACTION OF WHAT IT COSTS AT A FABRIC SHOP.

We've filled tables with bagged lots of threads, needles, sewing accessories, trims, gadgets, buttons ... pretty much everything you could buy at JoAnne Fabrics and could possibly need for whatever projects you're planning!

There is some spectacular yarns in every color of the rainbow and then some.  Quality fibers including mohair, angora, and other natural fibers.  And of course, where there's yarn, there are needles, hooks, and all sorts of measuring devices.

And, as you would expect, hundreds of sewing and knitting magazines, patterns, and some outstanding hard-cover instructional books.  Especially for knitting.

So that's one part of this great sale.

WE JUST UNEARTHED A SPECTACULAR KENT COFFEY "THE TABLEAU" DRESSER SET AND DESK!  Yes, it took us a while, but when you see how stuffed this house is, you'll understand!

There are also a lot of fun vintage finds, including some dolls from the 50s and 60s (a vintage Patty Playpal, a couple of Ginny dolls, a Toni,  with some clothes, lots of doll house miniatures, some vintage Christmas, records, silverplate, and all sorts of other stuff, much of it now you'll see in the pictures we added on 7/9.

Front tables also feature 2 sets of Marion Bronze bookends, some cool record albums (including a coveted Julie London LP), ephemera, a handful of World War 2 items (a US-issued bayonet, some paperwork, a few other things).  AND, we were thrilled to unearth a pair of mid-century cast iron duck doorstops, and a cast iron horse doorstop.  Great finds!

Also, a huge category here is wearables.  The CLOSETS are loaded.  We even had to bring in some portable clothing racks just to get it all displayed.  It's a remarkable assortment and you're bound to find something you like.  There is some vintage (mid-century), there's a tribute to polyester double-knit, there are some great hats and dress gloves, and -- always a favorite -- a vintage bathing suit -- a plaid ruffled Catalina two-piece.  Perfect for your inner Gidget.  There are also two furs (one is a full-length mink), and some great shoes and purses.

WE'RE GOING TO MAKE CLOTHES SHOPPING IRRESISTIBLE, TOO: Unless it's a specially priced item, ALL CLOTHES ARE $1 EACH, AND OUTERWEAR IS $2 ON SATURDAY. SERIOUSLY ... IF THAT DOESN'T BEAT ALL, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES! 

There is one showcase of smalls -- everything from nudie cards, pocket knives, measuring tapes, and lighters, some sterling silver pieces, and all sorts of great random little discoveries.  You can see more in the picture.

The other showcase is filled with a great assortment of jewelry -- including some 14k yellow gold, sterling, vintage necklaces, earrings, and brooches, and lots of bagged lots.

This is a very fun sale!
