Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. Check back frequently to see updated pictures.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Winnetka. Yes we are the preferred estate sales provider for the City of Highland Park. Yes we are the 2019 Best of Wilmette Estate Liquidator. Yes we are pre selling designer furniture. We are pleased to present a great 1917 designer home in Crow Island right in the heart of town. Another large format high end home which is what we are known for. There are a number of sales going on around ours. As you would expect we have the best. Great upper level furniture and furnishings.

This will be a shoe free zone. You will either need to remove your shoes, or wear blue booties. Sheridan Estate Sales II is not responsible for lost or missing shoes.

Friday Update: Who's ringing that bell? Yes it was a bell ringer today. The street was parked up, about two blocks worth all day today. Our friends at Babe and Snooks stopped by and shopped our sale. It was nice to see them. It looks like this will be another sell out home. Stop by and make sure you see us.
