Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is. Sheridan Estate Sales II is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Winnetka. We specialize in conducting Three day estate sales in High End homes with large footprints located around Sheridan Road, but we do conduct sales in most North Shore communities. We were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II , among more than 300 other companies, to conduct a sale of their City assets. We are members of the Wilmette/Kenilworth and Winnetka/Northfield Chambers of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).

Halloween weekend in Winnetka EAST! We are just a block west of Sheridan Road for this fantastic sale. Our sale has been upgraded to the sale of the week. This could be, we think it is, the best sale on the north shore. Gayle will be trying to get some sweets for the sale as a thank you for shopping Sheridan Estate Sales II. I know, no one else will be doing that, just another way we are different and more modern.

Wow, the sale just keeps improving. There will only be 10 customers maximum allowed in our sale. There is a LOT of great finds in the home. You can take your shoes off or wear blue booties inside. Sheridan Estate Sales II is not responsible for lost or missing footwear. Masks will be required to be worn. We now expect a line at the door all weekend, so please be patient.

Sheridan’s thought for the week - It’s not the amount of pictures you take, it’s the quality of merchandise you sell!

FRIDAY UPDATE: Wow a very busy day for us. There is still plenty of great finds for you to pick up. Definitely the best sale in the Winnetka/Kenilworth area. A big bonus, you won't get a parking ticket like you will at the other Winnetka sale! Did we mention that we are members of the Winnetka and Kenilworth Chambers of Commerce?

SATURDAY UPDATE: Even bisier than Friday! We did have the house closed for 16 minutes due to the Covid regulations. This was due to the large amount of customers that attended the sale. There are still some furniture pieces that are looking for homes. The art is almost sold, but plenty of merchandise is left. Please help us sell out the house tomorrow.
