PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo or Zelle. Credit Cards also accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
PRE-SALES: Phone Pre-purchases will be accepted on Wednesday, August 4 with a 20% markup.
PRICING: Prices are firm on Day 1. Majority of items go to half-off during the last two hours of the sale. EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
FURNITURE DELIVERY AVAILABLE: We recommend Dolly for delivery but we can coordinate delivery Saturday, August 7 - Monday, August 9: Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale patrons are responsible for moving their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Homeowner was in the catering business and has a wonderful collection of vintage punch bowls, vintage cubist glass serving pieces, vintage glass platters, vintage glass cake stands, etc. More than pictured!
