Tower Road Beach House Estate Sale

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRE-SALES: We are offering early access purchases with a 20% markup on Thursday, September 16.
SIGNUP SHEET: Clipboard will be on the front stoop by 8 am.
PARKING: On the north side of Tower is permitted. Overflow parking is available at the upper level Tower Road Beach parking lot.
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo or Zelle. Credit Cards also accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
PRICING: Prices are firm on Day 1. Majority of items go to half-off during the last two hours of the sale. EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale patrons are responsible for moving their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
FURNITURE DELIVERY AVAILABLE: We recommend Dolly for delivery but we can coordinate deliveries with Ramirez Movers on Tuesday, September 21. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets. Please be respectful of neighbors, be careful and have fun!
