PRE-SALES: We are offering early access purchases with a 20% markup the week of November 1.
SIGNUP SHEET: Clipboard will be on the front stoop by 8 am.
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo or Zelle. Credit Cards also accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
PRICING: Prices are firm on Day 1. Majority of items go to half-off during the last two hours of the sale. EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale patrons are responsible for moving their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
FURNITURE DELIVERY AVAILABLE: We recommend Dolly for delivery but we can coordinate deliveries with Ramirez Movers on Monday, November 8. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
SHIPPING: We do ship Nationally for an additional fee. Item and address will determine fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections.
