WE WILL ENTERTAIN PRE-SALE INQUIRIES ON THURSDAY, MARCH 3. ALL PRE-SALES HAVE A 20% EARLY ACCESS MARKUP!
INVENTORY WILL BE UPDATED ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28 and TUESDAY, MARCH 1!
ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday and 8:30 am on Saturday
PRICING: Pricing is Firm on Day 1 and 2. EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF DURING FINAL TWO HOURS OF THE SALE
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: You can coordinate your own delivery via the Dolly app. Or, we can coordinate furniture deliveries with Ramirez Movers. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
