Hello and thank you for your interest in the estate sale on June 3,4 at 8am. The following guidelines are put in place to ensure quality service.
- Estate sale viewing in warehouse only. Any trespassers anywhere else on the property will be evacuated and banned from the premises.
- All purchased items must be taken home on day of purchase or on 1 of 2 estate sale dates June 3rd or 4th. There will be staff to help load items into vehicle for elderly or handicap individuals only. Customers will be responsible for the transport of all purchased items home.
- No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
- We get it, accidents happen, but if you break it you buy it.
- Changing price tags on items is strictly prohibited. Anyone doing this will be escorted off the premises.
- No bathroom use
- Payment options:Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle. NO DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
- Some prices may be up for negotiation, but not guaranteed.
