Welcome to our estate sale. By entering the premises, you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations:

1. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10: Due to limited space, safety hazards, and the fragile nature of the inventory, children under the age of 10 are strictly prohibited from entering the home. We reserve the right to refuse any child from entry. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
2. ENTRY AND CROWD CONTROL: We require the use of disposable booties over outdoor shoes for entry into the home. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at any given time. An entry line will form outside, and shoppers will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will allow placeholders, but you must be present when your turn arrives or you will lose your spot.
3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. We reserve the right to correct pricing on items that have missing, changed or altered price stickers. If you break or damage an item while on the premises, you must buy it at the full list price. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
4. PAYMENT TERMS: Cash is preferred; however, we also accept Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 3% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions. No checks accepted.
5. MOVING, LOADING AND HAULING: The buyer is solely responsible for the dismantling, lifting, loading, moving, and hauling of all purchased items. No staff is available to assist with heavy lifting. The homeowner and estate sale staff are not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during item removal. All items must be removed from the premises by Monday, September 28th by 3:00 PM. If an item is not picked up by this deadline, the buyer forfeits both the item and the money paid. The item then becomes the property of the estate again and we reserve the right to dispose of it as we see fit.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER: Enter at your own risk! The homeowner and the estate sale staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, sensitivities to the environment or home, or damages to personal property that occurs on or around the premises.
7. SHOPPING BAGS AND PURSES: No large bags, backpacks, strollers, carts or oversized purses are allowed inside the home. Open shopping boxes or reusable bins are permitted. We reserve the right to inspect all bags, pockets and carrying containers at any time.
8. THEFT AND SECURITY POLICY: Shoplifting is a crime and will not be tolerated. All shoplifters and thefts will be immediately reported to local law enforcement and prosecuted to the extent allowed by law. These premises are under active video surveillance.
