We honor a watched list, and one person must stay with the list at all times. Please don’t tape the list to the home (as this can cause damage). We reserve the right to open early to those waiting.
We accept cash and credit cards (credit card is a minimum of $20, and will be charged a 3% fee or $2, whichever is higher).
Please do not block ANY driveways. Parking in estate property driveway is reserved for shoppers while loading their purchases.
Children are not permitted into the sales for their safety.
Restrooms are not available to the public, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Please bring help to carry out items. You are welcome to pay for large items and come back with appropriate help during sale hours.
