S.O.S liquidations

For Sale by Owner sign will be going up with the start of this sale. See pics but know that new items will be brought out every day and watch for sales at least once a month until everything is gone. I’ve truly enjoyed having this EBay/liquidation business since January 2020, but between COVID hitting three months after buying the place and countless delays/expenses in permits, improvements & set up coupled with the relocation out of state of my parents who are now in their 90’s, I’m required elsewhere. What that means is lots of deals and treasures and picking for you pickers out there. Whatever you’re looking for might be at this sale or an upcoming one with items I have to bring in from several off site storage lockers near & as far away as Rockford! Everything MUST go no later than September of this year when this business (including building) will either be sold to a private party or investors chomping at the bit.
