All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

The property is located on a private property with plenty of on-site parking.

An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. Friday the list goes out at 8:00 am and doors open at 9:00 am. NO EARLY-BIRD SIGN-IN ON SATURDAY. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time, more or less depending on the size of the home. There will be minimal items with barcode pricing, otherwise, customers will have the opportunity to negotiate pricing on un-priced things.

We accept cash and credit card payments.

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools to remove large items. Please be prepared with packing paper and boxes for breakable or fragile items.

Small town Arcadia, Indiana boasts farmland as far as the eye can see. This multi-generational home has been owned by the same family for over 100 years and is filled with vintage and antique collectibles. From beautiful Victorian furniture, authentic farmhouse cabinets, vintage dishes, vintage toys, Beatles memorabilia, advertisement collectibles, and so much more! An exterior barn is also filled with items for the picking!

This sale will feature a few items with barcode pricing, but the rest is negotiable between Flipside and customer. We will have hold tables to keep finds safe, but it is up to the customer to carry out their finds. Feel free to bring your own boxes and shopping bags. All items must be visible before negotiation takes place.
