A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR SALES.....We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.  Every household item is available to the public...NO pre-sales.  Workers & staff DO NOT purchase items before the doors open.   If you see something in a photo, once in the house ask a staff member to help direct you to that location.   Customer Number Pad available at the front door starting at 7:00am Friday....the number of customers entering the home will be based on the size of the individual home...we try to get all customers into the house in an orderly and quick fashion.  All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.  Bid-Slips are date and time stamped....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment & can not come back until a convenient time...ask a staff member for slips & details.  Be sure to sign up for our Email Mailing List for other Indiana areas estate sales and related events.
