Pickup day and times will be fixed and cannot be modified.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Buyer is responsible, at their cost, for removing any vehicle from the premises during the scheduled pickup time.
Bids cannot be retracted once placed. By bidding you are acknowledging agreement with all of the terms and conditions included herein and elsewhere. A successful bid at auction constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final.
Every Lot has a 20% buyers premium.
We accept payment through Stripe at the end of the auction, or cash, debit or credit at pickup.
No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued.
All items are as-is , where-is. No warranty is expressed or implied verbally or written on any and all items within the auction.
Please keep in mind that the staff cannot help you move large items or furniture. We know several reputable local movers and we will be happy to recommend them. Please bring wrapping material or boxes to wrap your delicate items.
Tax exempt buyers must present a valid Resale Tax Certificate, to be kept on file, prior to bidding on items. The name of the winning bidder must match the name on the certificate.
All items offered for sale have descriptions on the auction page. Any defects or damage are noted there.
All weights and measurements are approximate.
All information and descriptions contained in advertising this sale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by AAA, Inc. or Seller for any errors or omissions.
Any items not picked on the scheduled pickup day and time will be donated to a charity of our choice and/or returned to the owner.
PLEASE DO NOT BID ITEMS IF YOU CAN'T PICK THEM UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME.
In order to assist our customers with obtaining the item(s) won through one of our auctions, AAA has partnered with our local Pak Mail. This partnership allows our customers full service shipping to anywhere in the world at affordable rates.
Your auction item(s) will be packed and delivered by professionals at Pak Mail at 11715 Fox Road #400, in Indianapolis, IN. Their phone number is (317) 823-8383.
If you need your item(s) shipped, you may notify us in the invoice email (email@example.com). We will confirm your email, and contact the shipper concerning your delivery. Items are taken to the shipper the next business day following the pickup date.
We CANNOT ship to addresses that do not correspond to the credit or debit card/registration address.
You will also need to contact the shipper and make payment arrangements with them.
Can't make it to the scheduled pickup?
We understand that things happen which might cause you to miss the scheduled pickup times or you want to bid on an item(s) and you already know that your schedule will not allow you to be at the planned pickup. The cost for delayed pickup is $25.
Plan to have someone else pickup?
If you plan to have someone else pick up your merchandise, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will allow the individual you designate to pick up your item(s).
