Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items must be picked up on Monday, May 11th, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the property located at 1600 W Washington St., Bluffton, IN 46714 (Former Wells County Highway Department Building). Buyers MUST BRING LOADING HELP AND PACKING SUPPLIES. The Steffen Group can not offer loading assistance.
Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar (NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING - CALL SALE MANAGER FOR CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS). All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added to all invoices requesting shipping. For questions regarding shipping, contact the Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. We cannot ship with an outside shipping label being sent to the shipping department. Any invoice total of $500.00 or more will also be shipped with adult signature required. The items will be packed, and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint or the Outside Shipping Company.
