R2 Estate Sales accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Absolutely no checks. All sales are final/NO returns. Please check your items thoroughly before purchasing. You must load all purchases so bring a friend if you intend to purchase something heavy!

UPDATE!!! Sign up Sheet will be available 2 hours prior to start time on the first day of the sale and 1 hour prior to start time on the 2nd and 3rd days. The number of people admitted into the home will be limited. Please form an orderly line for sign-up and also for entry. There will not be a bathroom available, so please adjust accordingly.

ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE, so please do not ask. We are not able to answer specific questions regarding pricing. Please bring boxes and packing material to ensure your purchases make it home safely. Also, please bring help to load (particularly for furniture) all your treasures! We will have a limited supply of boxes and packing materials available at the sale.

LIABILITY WAIVER The estate nor R2 Estate Sales, handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun! This is an estate sale conducted in Indiana, owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
